Each month, customers are charged for water used in addition to a base rate for water service. 
  • Base rates are determined by the size of water meter and the customer type. 
  • Water used is charged in increments of 1,000 gallons.  
For example, a residential customer with a standard meter who uses 3,000 gallons of water in a month can expect to pay $10.70 for water [$8.72 base rate + $1.98 water used (0.66 x 3)] = $10.70Please keep in mind that your total bill may be higher because it may include services other than water.
